‘The couples that you see in the tabloids are being reported about even when there’s not even a problem,’ Fox tells Steppin’ Out magazine.
Megan Fox tied the knot last week with her longtime love, Brian Austin Green, in a very hush-hush ceremony in Hawaii. Never one to hold back on her opinions on various topics, such as her love of older men like Green and her tumultuous relationship with director Michael Bay, Fox is now speaking out about the often short shelf life of Hollywood marriages.
She notes that it’s not just in Hollywood that she sees marriages dissolving. “I think couples generally aren’t staying together. The divorce rate is so high right now,” she says in next week’s Steppin’ Out magazine. “But I think [the reason it's high in] Hollywood specifically is because of two things.”

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were married at a small, intimate ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii, TMZ has learned.
The couple tied the knot late last week. We’re told only a half-dozen people attended.
The pair met on the set of “Hope & Faith” back in 2004 and have been dating on and off ever since.
It’s the first marriage for both, though Green has an eight-year-old son with actress Vanessa Marcil.
Congratulations Megan!

Movie star won’t miss the hit sci-fi series.
Megan Fox isn’t a bit bothered that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has replaced her in Transformers 3.
‘It was time to move on,’ says Megan, who found fame in 2007 as Mikaela Banes in the first Transformers
film.
‘I wanted to try other things. But I will miss working with Shia LaBeouf. He’s such a good guy and we became very good friends.’
The actress has just finished filming Jonah Hex with Josh Brolin and John Malkovich.
She found her role in the movie a nice change from running away from alien robots all the time.
‘She’s a prostitute,’ Megan, 24 – who squeezes into an 18in-waist corset to play Lilah – tells the Sun.
‘People think I’m weird, but I loved it. I wanted it as tight as it would possibly go.’

Megan Fox has said her dream role is playing a gay superhero.
She told Fox News that she’d love to play a character from the Gen 13 comic, if it was adapted for a film.
Fox said: “I don’t want people to protest this, but I would like to be Sarah Rainmaker in ‘Gen 13′ if they ever made that into a movie.
“She’s a Native American and I have a little bit of that blood in me. It would be a bit of a stretch.”
Gorgeous Megan recently lost her role in the third Transformers film and has been replaced by British model Rosie Huntington Whiteley so could do with some more work.
Rainmaker is a superhero who manipulates weather and came out as a lesbian in the Gen 13 comic.
Earlier this week reports claimed the actress had had plastic surgery. The Sun reported that she looked unrecognisable as she appeared to have ‘a slight trout pout’ and ‘rigid breasts’ at the premiere of her film Jonah Hex.

Transformers actress Megan Fox says that she was her grandma’s favourite grandchild.
The 24-year-old actress said that her mother’s mum preferred her to the rest of her family, even though she couldn’t always join in with her games.
She said: “My mother’s mother always favoured me for some reason-out of all her grandchildren. When I was really young, maybe two or three, I used to always ask her to get down on the floor and play My Little Pony or whatever I was into at the time, and as an excuse she would tell me that she had a bone in her knee.”

Megan Fox has admitted to being a huge fan of the Lord Of The Rings trilogy and regularly uses internet forums dedicated to the films.
According to PopEater, the 24-year-old star displayed an extensive knowledge of J.R.R. Tolkien’s literary classics at the press day for new film Jonah Hex, and revealed that she is frustrated by fans that criticise Peter Jackson’s Oscar-winning adaptations.
She said: “[Fans] complain that Frodo is eating the Lembas bread outside of Mordor instead of the in the Mines of Moria. And they get really mad.”
“You cannot focus completely on pleasing them because you’ll never win. They’ll never be happy no matter what you do.”
